Blessing
Stamina Cost: 1
Duration: Until used
Description: You say a 1-minute audible prayer and touch a target. They gain a defense or effect from the blessing of your god or goddess. A Priest cannot bless themselves, and blessings only work on your god's faithful.

Hyla: Blessing of Oak – Target’s skin hardens like bark and resists next physical attack.
Eva: Blessing of Fate - Target gains 1 use of evade for free.

Zytex: Blessing of Second Wind – Magic regeneration effect triggers if you enter your wounded phase.
Talis: Blessing of Hope - Automatically restored to 1 hit point if put into wounded phase.

Commune
Stamina Cost: 5
Duration: 10 minutes
Description: You enact a 10-minute ritual that concludes with the sacrifice of something your goddess/god demands.
During the ritual you must either ask a question or request an item or result from the god/goddess. An organizer must be present for this spell. There is no guarantee the spell will be successful, but it’s a way to talk directly to your god/goddess.
Below are the preferred sacrifice requirements. A greater sacrifice will usually yield greater results.
Cernus: A magical item or 10 infused spell packets
Hyla: Recitation of 10 compassionate or stewardship deeds
Eva: A precious crown (blacksmith recipe included if commune is chosen)
Oswennah: Dreams of 3 sleeping individuals (sleep effect must be applied for full duration)
Zytex: Body of the deceased and the bounty of a feast

Call: “I call upon <goddess/god> to grant me the power to heal - Magic Heal”

This ability will remove a single curse from the target with each casting. Depending on the strength of the curse, the Priest may receive a task from their deity afterwards.

Shepherd

Call: “I GIFT the faithful of <god/ goddess>. Flock to me! Magic Pull”
Description: Call to activate. This causes all who worship your god or goddess and that hear the word GIFT to be instantly teleported around you.

Shield of Faith

Description: You call out to your goddess or god to shield the faithful from magic, physical, and mental attacks.
You say a prayer for at least 1 minute and the target faithful gains a resist mental, physical and magic. They must be used the next time they take the appropriate type of effect.

Moderate Spells
Requires 5 Points in Divine Spellcasting
Banish
Stamina Cost: 1 stamina / 10 seconds
Duration: As long as you can hold it
Call: “I banish you with the power of <god/goddess> <number>”
Description: You and the creature not of this realm stare off against each other, you with your holy symbol presented and them acting as if they are pushing against your will.
Each creature from another realm will have a banishment threshold. If you can maintain your hold on the creature for the right amount of time (to hit the threshold), they get sent back to their realm.
Call every 10 seconds. The number is the number of times you have said the phrase (starting at 1). When that number equals the creature's threshold, they will be forced home.
This affects creatures that possess a body, but they must first be forced out of the body and then forced home.

The target only gets 3 consecutive swings with the blessed weapon, regardless of whether a strike hits or misses a target. With each swing they call out the effect.

Channel Divine
Stamina Cost: 5
Duration: 1 hour
Description: You gain a personal benefit as a Priest from your divine patron.
You start by saying a silent or audible prayer to your goddess or god. You ask for their assistance in something and request they infuse you with their holy power.
This prayer should be minimum 1 minute. You gain the ability of your god/goddess.
Cernus: Ability to see people and objects who are invisible or hidden.
Hyla: Ability to speak to elementals, plants, and animals.
Eva: You flicker like a star and only take damage from every second strike. Each time you negate a hit with this ability you must state "Flicker"
Oswennah: You alter reality and avoid a single mental or physical ability.
Zytex: You are immune to physical fire and all environmental effects.
Talis: You gain magical heavy armour even if you’re not currently wearing armour.
Kytor: Ability to devour raw flesh with a 10 count. This allows you to regain 3 stamina. This can only be undertaken once per corpse.
Rowena: Your armour becomes reinforced and grants you double the stamina in protection.
Cult: Your entity requires life force to increase its strength. Most goodly cult priests would only do this to those willing to sacrifice a bit of themselves for their god, while those of more evil entities would probably attempt to take it by force. For the next hour you drain 3 stamina from anyone you touch. You can only do this once to a person with each casting of the spell. The piece of soul (causing the target to feel tired) is transferred directly to your entity. Say "Magic Stamina drain 3 Points" when you touch a target (by accident or on purpose).

Description: You place a rope circle on the ground. This circle cannot be any larger than 10’ across (diameter). You then say a prayer to your deity. Call after prayer. You must state a realm from the following list: Fire, Air, Water, Earth, Deadlands.
Anyone that goes through a gate is automatically anchored to the realm they came from. This means that at any time they can say “activate return.”
When someone uses the activate return function, they step-out (put their hand on their head to symbolize out-of-game) and head to the rope circle (gate) location, where they immediately appear (remove their hand from their head).
If characters are still in the realm when the hour expires, they are automatically returned via the activate return function when the gate closes.
Activate return only teleports the person, not their items.
Cult followers are only able to travel to the plane their entity resides in with Divine Gate. This is an exception to the planes listed above.

Description: You say a prayer in front of a dwelling, asking your god or goddess to protect it from those not of your faith. This prayer should be audible and at least 1 minute in length.
During the prayer you place a large W with tape on the door, indicating to others that the dwelling is now warded. You also need to include the name of the goddess or god that is protecting the dwelling because only those that follow that deity may enter.

Crusader’s Spirit
Cost: 7
Duration: Until used
Call: “I GIFT <god/goddess> ’s faithful with +10 points of temporary health and stamina to defend the faith!”
Description: You call out to your god or goddess to support their faithful in coming trials. Call to activate. All worshippers of your deity that hear the call are affected.

Reborn

Call: “I call upon you, <god/goddess>, to return life to the deceased”
Description: You touch a target in their death phase and give a prayer, telling your deity why they should allow this target to return to the living. This prayer should be at least 1 minute. Call after prayer. Each god and goddess grants an effect in addition to resurrecting the deceased.
A Reborn cast by a priest of a god can instantly restore most undead back to life (as long as when returned to life they don't die from old age). If the spell is used in this way they do not gain the additional benefit of the god. Some more powerful undead will just be destroyed by this spell. Eg. Zombies and Ghouls will be restored to life while liches and vampires would be outright destroyed.
Cernus: You lose the ability to cast spells for 1 hour.
Hyla: The target can choose to reincarnate as another species.
Eva: The target takes a dominate effect from the Priest upon being reborn.
Oswennah: The Priest takes the sleep effect.
Zytex: The Priest becomes deceased.
Talis: Target is immune to fear for the rest of the event.
Kytor: Reborn with claws for the rest of the event. The target cannot hold anything in their hands while they have claws.
Rowena: The target gains the ability to use a longsword and shield for the rest of the event.
Cult: Your entity will give you the power to restore life, but they cannot lose you. If you die within 24 hours after bringing someone back to life you must go to them out-of-game and inform them that they just went into their bleed count. If they enter their death phase then you come back to life right there. If they get saved from their bleed count your body returns where you died and the regular deceased rules apply. Your Reborn is not powerful enough to restore the Undead back to life.
